Hello, I’m Cari and I’m the founder of The Daycare Vet! I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019 and have since returned home to work in Scotland. I have experience in small animal general and emergency practice in central Scotland and still work at Westport Vets. I am an official veterinarian (OV) so can help with your pet travel needs and I am also studying for a postgraduate certificate (PgC) in small animal internal medicine. I decided to set up The Daycare Vet after seeing how anxiety-inducing the vet clinic can be for dogs and owners alike and wanted to provide a service that promotes a more positive and convenient veterinary experience for everyone! Outside of vetting you’ll most likely find me up the Pentland Hills with my lurcher, Pip, and looking after my retired ponies.
